Following is the Job Description" Role Description The Holiday Sales Advisor (Long Haul) or (Short Haul) role is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur and Gurugram. The Advisor will be responsible for promoting and selling customized travel packages, managing bookings, and ensuring customer satisfaction. ● Job Details Role: Holiday Sales Advisor (Long Haul) or (Short haul) ● Location: Jaipur & Gurugram ● Experience Required: 1-5 Years ● Education: UG/Graduate/PG (in Tourism) Key Responsibility Areas: • Connect with customers to understand holiday requirements for Long Haul Destinations(Europe, Nordic Region, Australia, and New Zealand) or Short Haul (Singapore, Dubai, Thailand, Bali, Vietnam) • Design a customized itinerary based on customers’ requirements • Ability to convince customers and deliver the assigned sales targets consistently • Proactively identify new business opportunities to increase sales • Represent company values while speaking to customers • Provide exceptional customer service • Working with cross-functional teams like Ops, product, and supply to achieve organizational goals Show more Show less
