We're seeking an experienced Project Sales Head to lead our Project Sales Division. The successful candidate will drive sales growth, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and promote Skipper Pipes products in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets
2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (plumbing contractors, builders, architects)
3. Promote Skipper Pipes products, highlighting quality, features, and benefits
4. Conduct site visits, meetings, and presentations
5. Manage sales pipeline, track progress, and forecast sales performance
6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders for seamless delivery
Requirements:
1. Proven sales experience in construction/plumbing industry
2. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
3. Ability to work independently and manage large networks
4. Strong product knowledge and industry understanding
5. Leadership experience and team management skills
