HOD – Finance, MBA Department

The HOD – MBA Department will be responsible for academic leadership, strategic planning, faculty development, and overall administration of the MBA department. The role involves ensuring academic excellence, research output, industry collaboration, and student success.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: MBA with Ph.D. in Management/Finance/Marketing or related specialization.
• Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of teaching/research experience in management education, including 5 years in a leadership role such as HOD, Professor, or equivalent.
• Publications: Consistent record of research publications in reputed journals.
• Industry Exposure: Desirable for better academic-industry interface.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide academic and administrative leadership to the MBA department.
• Develop curriculum, oversee teaching quality, and ensure academic excellence.
• Promote research, publications, and industry collaborations.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage faculty and staff.
• Organize workshops, seminars, and student development activities.
• Strengthen placement and internship opportunities through industry linkage.
• Monitor student performance and implement improvement measures.
• Ensure compliance with AICTE, NAAC, NBA, and other accreditation standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
