Assistant Professor

To deliver high-quality teaching, mentor students, conduct impactful research, and contribute to the overall academic growth of the Mechanical Engineering department in alignment with institutional goals.

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lectures as per the syllabus.
• Develop lab manuals, assignments, and tutorials for core and elective courses.
• Incorporate modern teaching methods such as digital tools, simulations, and project-based learning.
• Guide students in academic projects, internships, and research work.
• Provide career counseling and support for higher education or competitive exams.
• Engage in research and publish in reputed journals and conferences.
• Apply for funded research projects and contribute to patents and innovations.
• Suggest updates in curriculum to align with industry trends and latest technologies.
• Develop new electives and interdisciplinary courses where relevant.
• Participate in departmental meetings, academic committees, and accreditation processes (NBA, NAAC, etc.).
• Support the organization in events, workshops, and industrial collaborations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
