Role Description

As the Head of the Computer Science Department, you will lead and oversee academic and administrative operations in the discipline. The responsibilities include designing and implementing departmental curricula, mentoring faculty members, and guiding students towards academic and professional excellence. Additional duties involve developing research initiatives, fostering industry collaborations, and staying abreast of technological advancements in computer science. This is a full-time on-site role based in Jaipur.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Computer Science, Informatics, and Software Development
• Proficiency in Programming and hands-on experience in designing and developing software
• Excellent Communication skills for effective engagement with students, faculty, and industry partners
• Proven leadership experience and the ability to mentor and inspire academic staff and students
• Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field, such as a PhD or equivalent qualification
• Experience in curriculum design, research, and academic publication is preferred
