Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru for a High Net Worth Individual (HNI) Coordinator. The HNI Coordinator will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and managing relationships with high net worth individuals to secure significant financial support for AAA's programs. Daily tasks include developing and executing strategies for engaging potential donors, planning and attending fundraising events, and ensuring timely reporting and communication with donors. A combination of in-office and work-from-home arrangements is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in fundraising and relationship management
• Ability to develop and execute donor engagement strategies
• Ability to plan and coordinate fundraising events
• Experience with donor management systems and CRM software
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Familiarity with the non-profit sector and a passion for social justice
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
