HMC Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Setup and Operation:
• Set up and prepare HMC machines for production runs.
• Load raw materials into the machine and secure them properly.
• Program and operate the HMC according to engineering drawings and job specifications.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Quality Control:
• Conduct regular quality checks on machined parts using precision measuring instruments.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and adherence to specifications.
• Identify and address any issues related to product defects or deviations from specifications.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
• Perform routine maintenance on HMC machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine malfunctions.
• Communicate any significant maintenance needs to the maintenance team.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Follow established procedures for handling and disposing of materials.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Collaboration:
• Collaborate with the production team, engineers, and quality control personnel to optimize processes and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth flow of production.

Qualifications:

• Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a HMC Operator or in a similar machining role is preferred.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
• Experience in setting up and operating HMC machines.
• Familiarity with CNC programming and M-Code & G-code.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
