Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on machined parts using precision measuring instruments. Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and adherence to specifications. Identify and address any issues related to product defects or deviations from specifications. Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance on HMC machines to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine malfunctions. Communicate any significant maintenance needs to the maintenance team. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Follow established procedures for handling and disposing of materials. Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations. Collaboration: Collaborate with the production team, engineers, and quality control personnel to optimize processes and resolve any issues that may arise. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth flow of production. Qualifications: Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as a HMC Operator or in a similar machining role is preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings. Experience in setting up and operating HMC machines. Familiarity with CNC programming and M-Code & G-code.
