GRINDING MACHINE OPERATOR

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up grinding machines, position and secure workpieces, select and mount appropriate grinding wheels, and set grinding speeds and feed rates.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine product specifications, dimensions, and tolerances.
• Inspect finished workpieces for defects and to ensure they meet required specifications, using measuring tools like micrometers and comparators.
• Monitor machine performance during operation, making adjustments to settings as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance on the grinding machine and tooling, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Experience operating various types of grinding machines.
• Knowledge of different grinding techniques, materials, and safety procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
