Role Overview The Assembly Engineer will be responsible for assembling mechanical/electrical components, ensuring quality standards, optimizing assembly processes, and supporting production targets. The role involves hands-on assembly work, troubleshooting, documentation, and coordination with production and quality teams. Key Responsibilities Perform assembly of mechanical, electrical, or electronic components as per drawings, SOPs, and work instructions. Identify assembly issues and perform troubleshooting and corrective actions. Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety guidelines on the shop floor. Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams for smooth assembly operations. Maintain assembly tools, equipment, and workstation organization (5S). Conduct inspections and verify assembly compliance through gauges and measuring instruments. Assist in developing and improving assembly methods and standard operating procedures. Support new product assembly trials and provide feedback to engineering. Document production data, assembly issues, and daily activity reports.
