The resort offers a perfect blend of natural beauty and luxurious amenities, providing an unforgettable experience for all guests.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kollam Taluka for a Housekeeping (HK) Associate. The HK Associate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout the resort’s guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas. Day-to-day tasks include cleaning rooms and common areas, replenishing supplies, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring that high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction are consistently met.

Qualifications

Experience in housekeeping or related areas
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
Customer service skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction
Ability to follow health and safety standards
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items
Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
