Location: Kochi opposite to Cochin Special Economic Zone

Salary: ₹ 1, 80,000 to 3, 00,000 LPA + Uncapped incentives which offer you huge earning potential.

What We’re Looking For:

• Manage both sales and support by turning every inbound call into a productive opportunity and ensuring effective follow ups.
• Handle first-level technical issues related to UK mobile networks & broadband.
• Provide inbound/outbound voice and non-voice support.
• Retain customers while identifying upselling opportunities.
• Draft and manage effective email communication.
• Deliver accurate solutions with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain updated product knowledge.
• Confidently connect with UK customers (Indians & other nationalities).
• Generate leads through effective communication.
• Fluent or semi-fluent English (training provided for improvement).
• Eager to master cold calling and sales techniques.
• Ready to work in evening UK shifts.
• Contribute to delivering a positive customer experience in every interaction.
