Team Management & Development

• Supervise and support Associates and Senior Associates in all daily operational tasks.
• Consistently enforce company SOPs and policies to maintain a structured, process-driven work environment.
• Conduct regular training, mentoring, and certification of team members through hands-on engagement to ensure performance readiness and process compliance.
• Revenue Generation Support
• Drive and monitor key revenue KPIs:
• Box Office (BO) Sales (Admits)
• Food & Beverage (F&B) Sales
• Bulk Sales and Corporate Bookings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute promotional activities aimed at maximizing footfall and spend-per-head.

Customer Experience

• Address guest related concerns when escalated by associates
• Promote a positive and service-oriented culture among team members.

Qualifications:

• Minimum: 12th Pass
• Preferred: Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management (for specific roles)

Experience:

• 2 to 5 years in a team-leading or supervisory role
• Prior experience in service-oriented sectors preferred

Preferred Industry Background:

• Hospitality (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés)
• Entertainment (Cinema)
• Retail or other customer service-focused industries

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
