Roles and Responsibilities

Manage showroom sales, retail sales, and store operations to achieve targets.
Provide excellent customer service by understanding their needs and preferences.
Maintain accurate records of inventory management, including stock levels and orders.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless execution of tasks and meet deadlines.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in paint industry or related field (showroom sales, retail sales).
Strong knowledge of color consulting services for customers' painting projects.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
