Title: Sr. Digital Marketing Manager
Roles & Responsibilities
Own and manage the entire paid marketing program across Google and Meta platforms.
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and ROI.
Monitor campaign performance regularly and identify opportunities for improvement.
Drive lead generation and deliver on monthly/quarterly targets.
Collaborate with and manage external agencies/vendors to ensure timely delivery and alignment with hospital objectives.
Apply deep knowledge of campaign optimization techniques, including audience segmentation, bidding strategies, creatives, and A/B testing.
Track and analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, CAC, ROAS, Impression Share, Conversion Rate) to guide decision-making.
Build SEO (technical & content) strategies that focus on driving traffic, leads, revenue and business outcomes.
Conduct deep keyword research with a focus on high-intent, patient-specific keywords and understanding user intent for lead generation.
Perform audits and implement technical fixes related to crawlability, indexation, site architecture, and core web vitals.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong expertise in running big budget paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Smart YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
Ability to manage big budgets, optimize spends, aimed at maximizing ROAS.
Hands-on experience in conversion tracking, attribution, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, CRM integrations).
Strong agency management skills with the ability to evaluate and drive external partners.
Solid understanding of healthcare marketing and lead funnels (preferred).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills.
Leadership qualities with the ability to drive team performance.
Have excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
Collaborate with product, development, design, brand & other growth teams to ensure initiatives are aligned with overall business goals.
Experienced in managing a large set of complex websites.
Collaborating with all stakeholders to ensure web properties are updated.
Experienced in monitoring, assessing, and reporting on website performance.
Qualifications
Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Minimum 7+ years of experience in Performance/Organic marketing.
Proven track record of achieving lead generation and ROI targets.
Experience in the healthcare/hospital industry is preferred
Possesses excellent organizational and project management skills.
