Job Title: SAP S/4HANA PP Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage Incidents, Problems, and Service Requests within SLA timelines.
Oversee change requests, enhancements, and release activities.
Conduct root-cause analysis and deliver sustainable solutions.
Support deployment phases and resolve issues during hypercare and project cycles.
Prepare test cases, test data, and carry out functional testing.
Document support activities and strengthen the internal knowledge base.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and create functional specifications.
Monitor interfaces, background jobs, and ensure process stability.
Take ownership of AMS tickets and ensure timely closure.
Serve as the primary contact for PP-related issues.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Continuously enhance system knowledge and functional expertise.
Ensure customer issues are resolved within SLA commitments.

Technical Skills Required

Strong hands-on experience in
SAP S/4HANA PP
.
Expertise in:

Batch Management, Process Management
MRP, MRP Live, Fiori apps
SOP, BOM, Work Scheduling
Work Centers, Production Orders, Shop Floor
MPS, KANBAN, Demand Management
Forecasting, Capacity Planning, iPPE & MMPE

Experience with Production APIs.
Knowledge of batch determination and batch derivation strategies.
Solid understanding of MTO and MTS scenarios.
Integration experience with MM and EWM..
(Optional) Basic ABAP and debugging skills.
