Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Salesforce development, customization, and integrations.
  • Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Guide and mentor developers, ensure coding best practices.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery and deployment.


Must Have:

  • 5+ years Salesforce development & technical lead experience.
  • Expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows & Integrations (REST/SOAP).
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices & DevOps.
  • Salesforce Certifications (Admin/PD1/PD2/Architect).


Good to Have:

  • Experience with CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, or Health Cloud.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong client-facing and leadership skills.
