Key Responsibilities

Business Growth:
Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities in the commercial manufacturing sector across North India.
Client Engagement:
Build strong relationships with SMEs, job shops, tooling companies, and component manufacturers.
Solution-Oriented Selling:
Conduct impactful product demos and presentations that align with customer needs and business goals.
Revenue Achievement:
Meet or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Market Insights:
Track competitor activity, emerging technologies, and market trends to position solutions effectively.
Collaboration:
Partner with pre-sales, technical, and marketing teams to craft winning proposals.
Account Management:
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.

Key Requirements

57 years of proven sales experience in
CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM solutions
or related manufacturing technologies.
Strong network in the
North India commercial manufacturing market
.
Track record of
consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or related discipline; MBA is an advantage.
Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
