Role & responsibilities Understanding the needs & Close coordination with the HR Managers for recruitment. Experience in various Job portals like Naukri.com, Linked In etc. Screening resumes. Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates. Performing reference and background checks. Making recommendations to company hiring managers. Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers. Following up on the interview process status. Maintaining relationships with both candidates and management to ensure staffing goals are achieved. Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process. Coordinate with the consultants as well to fulfill the positions. Preferred candidate profile Good Knowledge in MS Excel Strong Communication
