- Any Graduates with minimum of 1-2 years of experience in AR RCM ( US healthcare) can apply
- Comprehensive knowledge of coding, eligibility, credentialing, and authorization is essential.
- Familiarity with Medical terms such as Workers' Compensation, No Fault, DME, Medicare, and Medicaid is required.
- The role involves monitoring and evaluating the calls made by AR callers, analyzing their performance, and providing feedback and training to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
- You will be responsible for initiating quality improvement plans for under performing team members.
- Conducting daily huddles and facilitating knowledge transfer will be part of your responsibilities.
- Strictly work from office (5.30pm to 2.30am)
