Role Overview

Quality Analyst / Process Coach

Key Responsibilities

Conduct quality audits on IPDRG-coded records and ensure adherence to client specifications
Coach and mentor coders to improve accuracy and productivity
Analyze error trends and implement corrective action plans
Deliver training sessions on coding updates, guidelines, and best practices
Collaborate with operations and QA teams to meet internal and external SLAs
Maintain documentation and feedback logs for performance tracking

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in IPDRG coding and quality assurance
Strong understanding of ICD-10-CM, PCS, DRG grouping, and POA indicators
