Location:

Position Summary

AI-first Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional execution of the Tool Modernization roadmap
Manage the full project lifecycle: design pilot rollout adoption.
Champion
AI-first thinking
, simplifying and automating workflows using
AI + Power Platform
.
Oversee pilot deployments, collect feedback, and iterate before scaling.
Ensure integration with ERP, CRM, Data Warehouse using
Azure, Power Automate, REST APIs
.
Collaborate with the
Center of Excellence (CoE)
for governance and continuous improvement.
Report project progress, risks, and mitigations to executive sponsors.
Drive
stakeholder engagement
and alignment across departments.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of
enterprise project management
(digital transformation / IT modernization).
Hands-on expertise in
Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse)
.
Strong understanding of
AI-driven automation, data governance, secure integration
.
Experience with
phased rollouts, pilots, and change management
in complex setups.
Familiar with
Agile, Lean, PDCA
methodologies and tools like
Jira, Miro
.
Excellent
communication & stakeholder management
skills.

Preferred Attributes

PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications.
Experience working with
Centers of Excellence (CoE)
or internal consulting teams.
Exposure to
manufacturing, operations, or enterprise systems integration
.
Passion for
continuous improvement and digital enablement
.
