• Over 8 years of total experience

  in software testing, with a strong focus on

  automation and performance testing

  for the past 35 years.

• Use tools like JMeter,

  LoadRunner,

  Gatling, or similar for test execution and monitoring.

  UI performance testing.

• Hands-on expertise in

  Selenium with C# or Java

  , working knowledge of

  BDD frameworks

  such as

  Cucumber

  , and experience with tools like

  TestNG, Jenkins, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Proficient in

  at least one programming language

  , such as

  C#, Java, or Python.

• Experienced in designing and executing performance test plans to assess system scalability, reliability, and responsiveness using appropriate

  performance testing tools.

• Familiar with

  Agile, Scrum or any other methodologies

  , actively contributing to sprints and collaborating across teams.
• Skilled in monitoring and reporting QA metrics, including test coverage, defect trends, and overall quality indicators.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor QA teams in implementing automation and performance testing best practices and strategies.
• Strong experience in stakeholder communication, team leadership, and conflict resolution.

• Excellent communication skills
