Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, and maintain

    NICE inContact CXone Studio

    scripts including IVR, call routing, SMS, chat, and email workflows
  • Design and implement seamless call flows for optimal customer experience
  • Integrate CXone with CRM systems and other third-party applications
  • Utilize APIs, REST, SOAP, and JSON for system integrations and data exchanges
  • Ensure compliance with telephony regulations, data privacy laws, and security best practices
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing scripts and workflows to improve efficiency and reliability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including telephony, security, and application teams

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience with

    NICE inContact CXone Studio

    scripting and development
  • Solid knowledge of

    APIs

  • Familiarity with telephony systems and protocols
