Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Microfinance Trainer located in Ajmer. The Microfinance Trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs on microfinance concepts, methodologies, and best practices. Daily tasks will include developing training materials, conducting workshops, mentoring trainees, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. The Trainer will also be expected to stay updated with the latest industry trends and integrate innovative training methods to enhance learner engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in microfinance, financial inclusion, and development finance
• Training and facilitation skills, with the ability to develop and deliver engaging training content
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness
• Ability to stay updated with the latest trends and methodologies in microfinance
• Experience in creating and using digital training tools and resources
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar training role is a plus
