Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy
LLM-based and Generative AI solutions
Fine-tune and optimize large language models for domain-specific use cases
Build
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
pipelines using structured and unstructured data
Develop intelligent applications such as
chatbots, copilots, summarization, and Q&A systems
Work with large-scale datasets for training, evaluation, and inference
Implement prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector search techniques
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into AI solutions
Evaluate model performance, bias, latency, and scalability
Deploy models in production using cloud-native and MLOps practices
Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to best practices

Must Have Skills

Strong experience in
Data Science, Machine Learning, and NLP
Hands-on experience with
LLMs and Generative AI models
Proficiency in
Python
and ML libraries
Experience with
Prompt Engineering, Fine-tuning, and RAG architectures
Strong understanding of
embeddings, transformers, and attention mechanisms
Experience with
model evaluation, experimentation, and optimization
