• Hands-on experience in manual &

  automation testing (min 5+yrs)

  and automating software applications using

  C#Selenium.

• Should have either

  Pega

  knowledge

  OR

  Banking project/domain

  experience.
• Design, develop and implement test

  automation frameworks

• Understanding

  Selenium, BDD frameworks, Cucumber,

  Spec flow and very strong on the Automation concepts.
• Familiar with

  both Manual as well as Automation testing.

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts, troubleshoot issues, and provide feedback to development teams.
• QA Lead establishes metrics, mentors team members, and manages outside resources, as well as developing test programs.
• Lead and mentor QA team members, as well as manage outside contract testers. Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated).
• Work will include testing of Pega Applications for Flow Rules, Decision Rules, Integrations and Automated Regression Testing and working alongside Test Leads to ensure all test activities on projects are executed as per the Test Plans.
• QA Lead will be involved in Sprint planning, understanding Use cases, Designing the test Approach for PEGA APPLICATIONS, establishing Automation Strategy for the Applications, implementation of the Automation in reducing the testing Cycle time, full Execution of QA Process, and brining things for a Closure.

• ISTQB certification
