1. Build and maintain excellent relationships, ensuring contractual requirements and customer expectations are understood.
2. Interpret contract terms and raise project invoices accurately and on time, escalating service delivery issues as appropriate to the relevant manager/ team.
3. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data in our systems, along with any subsequent changes, aligned to customer expectations.
4. Ensure that our systems are updated with the right notes and purchase order information.
5. Prepare, check and issue certificates in line with or ahead of agreed business SLAs.
