Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and managers.
Support the onboarding process for new hires.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist with basic HR operations, policies, and documentation.
Participate in employee engagement activities and events.
Provide support in daily HR and recruitment tasks as assigned.

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR functions.
Ability to work in a team and manage time effectively.
Salary as per market standards.
Shift Timings 8.30 Am - 5.30 Pm
Monday - Friday working , Saturday & Sunday Off

Qualification:

Bachelors degree in any field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred but not mandatory).
Freshers can apply.
