Job Summary:

Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement solutions in

  Guidewire ClaimCenter

  using

  Guidewire Studio

  and

  GOSU programming language

  .
• Work on

  ClaimCenter configuration

  including UI, data model, typelists, and business rules.
• Develop

  integrations

  with external/internal systems using

  Guidewire Integration Framework

  ,

  SOAP/REST APIs

  , and

  messaging systems

  .
• Collaborate with solution architects to build scalable and cloud-ready ClaimCenter solutions.
• Participate in

  Cloud migration projects

  , ensuring successful deployment and compatibility in

  AWS/Azure environments

  .
• Handle development, unit testing, code reviews, and documentation as per project standards.
• Work closely with QA, BA, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC in Agile/Scrum model.
• Resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks in ClaimCenter environments.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in

  Guidewire ClaimCenter

  (v9.x or above preferred).
• Strong experience in

  ClaimCenter configuration

  : entities, typelists, rules, workflows, screens, and validation logic.
• Proven experience in

  ClaimCenter integration

  using plugins, messaging, REST/SOAP web services, and batch processes.
• Proficiency in

  GOSU language

  ,

  Java

  , and

  Guidewire Studio

  .
• Experience in working with

  Claim lifecycle components

  FNOL, Coverage Verification, Reserves, Payments, Recoveries, Subrogation, etc.

• Cloud experience

  (AWS or Azure) understanding of deployment, containerization (optional), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Good knowledge of

  SQL

  and database management.

Preferred Skills:

• Guidewire Certification in

  ClaimCenter

  (Configuration and/or Integration).
• Hands-on experience with

  DevOps tools

  Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes is a plus.
• Exposure to

  microservices architecture

  and

  cloud-native patterns

  .
• Familiarity with

  PolicyCenter or BillingCenter

  is an advantage.
• Performance tuning and troubleshooting experience in ClaimCenter implementations.
