📢 Hiring: Full-Time Accountant for Digital Marketing Company

We’re hiring a full-time accountant to handle end-to-end bookkeeping and accounts management for our digital marketing company — including both our Indian proprietorship firm and US LLC.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily bookkeeping and reconcile all transactions
• Manage invoices, vendor payments, and client receipts
• Prepare monthly financial summaries, balance sheets, and P&L statements
• Handle GST, TDS, and tax coordination for the Indian firm
• Manage USD payments, Wise/PayPal/Stripe reconciliations, and record-keeping for the US LLC
• Coordinate with our CA (India) and CPA (US) for filings and reports
• Maintain proper documentation for both firms

Requirements

• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of Tally, Excel/Google Sheets, and accounting principles
• Familiar with international transactions (Stripe, Wise, PayPal, bank wires)
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic US bookkeeping
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
