Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and strategic Fundraiser to help drive our fundraising efforts and support the growth of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for our mission, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with donors, sponsors, and stakeholders in Mall, Airport and corporates. its a travelling job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute fundraising campaigns and donor engagement strategies
• Identify, research, and cultivate new funding prospects (individuals, foundations, and corporations)
• Plan and coordinate fundraising events (virtual and in-person)
• Maintain donor database and ensure accurate recordkeeping and acknowledgment of contributions
• Write compelling grant proposals, sponsorship pitches, and fundraising materials
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote fundraising initiatives
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports on fundraising outcomes and donor metrics
• Build and nurture relationships with major donors and recurring contributors
