Position: Airport Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist passengers at the airport, providing excellent customer service always
  
• Handle check-in and boarding procedures, ensuring all necessary documents are in order
  
• Assist with baggage handling and loading/unloading of luggage
  
• Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and other relevant information
  
• Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings always
  
• Collaborate with other airport staff and departments to maintain smooth operations
  
• Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
  
• Adhere to all airport and company policies and procedures Requirements:
  
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  
• Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy luggage
  
• Knowledge of basic computer skills
