The ETL Developer is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of the systems and processes that move data between applications. This position will collaborate with business stakeholders, business leaders, and subject matter experts to design, develop, and support ETL/ELT processes for the Enterprise.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and optimize ETL/ELT workflows using Azure Data Factory and Workato.
• Develop and maintain integration processes between SaaS applications, cloud services, and internal systems.
• Implement data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources into data warehouses, data lakes, and operational systems.
• Automate workflows to support business processes and reduce manual effort.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize pipeline performance and error handling.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver reliable data solutions.
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance across integration workflows.
• Contribute to best practices and documentation for integration and ETL standards.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or management information system and/or.
• Minimum 3 years experience in ETL development or data integration required.
• Minimum 2 years& experience with Workato (recipes, connectors, APIs, error handling, automation).
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (pipelines, dataflows, triggers, linked services, monitoring).
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and other integration protocols.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
