Hiring For Transfer Pricing

We are looking for an Execute Tax Client Service Teams (CST) deliverable through effective delegation. Supervise and closely review service delivery, processes, and controls to ensure seamless support to CST.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Experienced in the preparation of transfer pricing local files, master files, and advisory benchmarking memos.
• Undertaking detailed industry analysis/overviews, functional/economic/financial/accounting, and benchmarking analysis using various Indian and global databases and preparing detailed reports.
• Preparing transfer pricing documentation/local file, including master file and CbCR.
• Preparing Accountant reports in Form No. 3CEB and other TP compliance.
• Drafting assessment submission (Factual / Technical), drafting appeals and submission before appeal, good at research and interpretation of laws and cases, etc.
• It's a team management role - Able to guide the Analyst / Senior Analyst and get the work done with quality output.
• Delivering high-quality work to CST, considering the changing regulatory environment, Transfer Pricing (TP’) Governance, and MIS
• Maintaining and reviewing all operational and people metrics with Process Leaders/Management regularly
• Adhere to operational excellence norms on tickets
• Time booking under appropriate client charge codes by the team, Productivity Improvement
• Maintaining optimal SLA and improving it regularly
• Innovation- Suggest and implement new ideas to make existing work efficient
• Ensure effective utilization of self and junior team members
• Drives Collaboration and Inclusion among the team members
• Ensure compliance with all office operating procedures-timesheets, dress code, leaves, office time, goal setting, interim, and year-end reviews

Qualifications

• PQE of 4-6 years (For Graduates) and 2-4 years (For CA/ CPA) from CA firms with expertise in the areas of Tax Management is preferred
