Responsibilities: * Prepare US tax returns- Forms 1120, 1120S, 1065 & 1040 * Ensure compliance with US tax laws and regulations * Collaborate with clients on tax planning strategies * Knows Bookkeeping and basic knowledge of GAAP Annual bonus
