Job Description

Job Title: Fixed Asset and Lease Accounting

Location: Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-Time (should be flexible with Shift timings)

Work From Office

CTC-Max-9.5 lpa(depends on the current CTC)

Level: Team Lead

Educational Qualification:

CA/ICWA/CMA/CPA/M. Com/MBA Finance

Work Experience and Skills required:

58 years
of experience in
Fixed Asset Accounting
and
Lease Accounting
.
Proven track record in managing end-to-end fixed asset processes, including ERP-based reporting.
Hands-on experience with operational lease accounting and managing large lease portfolios.
Exposure to multiple lease accounting tools and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Experience in performing reconciliations and resolving discrepancies with onshore teams.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and compliance requirements for assets and leases.
Prior experience in supporting audits and preparing reconciliations for reporting purposes.
