Hiring For Technical Program Lead

Job Description:

• Manage RF Change Order Implementations that requires action plans with the Remote Factory ECO team to drive closure and on-time implementation performance
• Facilitate weekly meeting to ensure implementation of Engineering Change Orders in RF system and Supplier is aligned with engineering change objectives
• Serves as the conduit with the Remote Factory ECO team and Lams engineering change team to ensure Sales Orders and CO Effectivity dates are aligned with their inventory consumption and scheduled target ship date
• Ensuring Obsolete inventory is dispositioned by the Remote Factory
• Daily management to notify Remote Factory of approved Change Orders
• Coordinate with internal CO team to support RF with any change order related questions

Skills required:

• Proven working experience in project management or supply chain within the Semi-Conductor or electronic sector
• Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
• Broad knowledge of program management methodologies
• Strong experience of Demand and Supply assessment
• Strong knowledge in Engineering Change process
• Must have experience in SAP and PLM system (i.e. Enovia)
• Strong knowledge of MS word, excel
• Strong background in Problem solving
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detailed oriented, strong analytical skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Job Experience:

• 5 + years of experience in related fields: Engineering Change, Planning, Purchasing and Program management

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or Engineering
• PMP, MPM, or CPIM certification is a plus
• Lean Six Sigma is plus
