About the Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of associates in an international voice process.
  • Ensure KPIs, SLAs, and quality benchmarks are consistently achieved.
  • Conduct coaching, feedback, and team huddles to boost performance.
  • Handle escalations and provide quick resolutions.
  • Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and drive improvement plans.
  • Foster a positive and motivating team culture.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of Team Leader experience

    in an International BPO (mandatory).
  • Strong communication and people management skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets.
  • Flexible with rotational shifts.
  • Graduate preferred.
