Job Title:

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage

  RCC structural works

  , formwork, reinforcement, and concreting activities.
• Monitor and execute

  finishing works

  such as plastering, tiling, painting, waterproofing, flooring, and interior finishes.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, cost control, and quality standards.
• Lead a site execution team, manage contractors, vendors, and ensure effective coordination with consultants.
• Review drawings, resolve technical/site issues, and coordinate BOQ verification and material planning.
• Ensure compliance with

  IS codes

  , safety norms, and site documentation protocols.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders throughout the

  project lifecycle

  , including final handover.

Requirements:

• B.E./ B. Tech in Civil Engineering (or equivalent diploma with relevant experience).
• Minimum

  8+ years of experience

  in civil construction with hands-on site execution.
• Proven experience in managing

  RCC and finishing works

  in mid to high-rise residential/commercial projects.
• Must have successfully completed

  at least one end-to-end project

  , from excavation to final handover.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project/site management tools.
• Good knowledge of construction standards, site safety, and regulatory compliance.

Preferred Candidates:

• Residing in or willing to work at

  Kandivali

  , Mumbai.
• Experience in

  luxury residential or commercial projects

  will be an added advantage.
