Hiring for Space Planning.

Location-Chennai/Bangalore.

Salary up-to 8LPA.

Space Planning-

The space planning and planogram analysts is responsible for developing and maintaining planograms and space allocation strategies that drive optimal product placement, maximize sales and enhance customer experience. Partner closely with category managers, buyers and store operations to execute data driven merchandising layouts.

Skill Set-

1) Min 2 4 years of experience in Space planning (Planogram Creation / Modification)

2) Proficiency in planogramming tools JDA

3) Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret large data

4) Detail oriented with excellent time management and organizing skills

5) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

6) Working knowledge of category management principles and Space planning KPIs

7) Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Excel, Outlook and Word. Excel will be used daily to manage data and track project status. 8) Should possess High sense of urgency, strong attention to detail and highly organized.

Job Descriptions:-

1) Design and maintain visually effective planograms using space planning applications JDA

2) Collaborate with category managers and other key stakeholders to understand the assortment strategies

3) Co-ordinate with Onsite Merch Manager to understand and gather project instructions 4) Understand and adhere to merch guidelines

5) Create / Edit POG fixtures as per requirements

6) Loading assortment data into specific applications

7) Create and Manage Versions as per instructions

8) Perform 1st level quality check 9) Perform POG Analysis

10) Understand and follow instructions provided in documented (decision trees, optimal layouts, etc.), written and verbal format.

11) Accuracy & Quality Ensure all assignments maintain the highest levels of accuracy and integrity.

12) Track status & Publish Reports on Planogram production cycle.

13) Communicate with the business team daily to ensure that priorities are always aligned.

14) Effectively manage the ad-hoc projects and provide status updates to stakeholders.
