Job Description

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced profession to lead our solutions architecture team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the IT industry, with extensive experience in the telecom domain, digital transformation projects, and end-to-end solution delivery. This role requires excellent leadership, technical, and communication skills to manage complex IT projects and ensure client satisfaction. Roles &Responsibilities: Solution Architecture: Design and implement end-to-end IT solutions, including OSS/BSS applications, networks, and digital transformation projects. Develop high-level and low-level design documents. Stakeholder Management: Engage with clients, gather requirements, and finalize project scope. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure their expectations are met. Technical Leadership: Provide technical and functional guidance to the delivery team. Oversee the development, integration, and deployment of IT solutions. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and issues early. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet required standards and client expectations. Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project delivery and customer satisfaction. Requirement: Database: NoSQL Front-End Technologies (mandatory): JavaScript, Angular, React, Next.js oContent Management Tools: AEM (preferable) Design & Architectural Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Sparx, MS Visio Integration & API Management: IT and Network Integration, API Management
