Job Description:

• 6 to 10 years of SAP experience

  , with at least 4 to 5 years in

  SAP PLM implementation/support

  .
• Strong hands-on expertise in

  SAP PLM modules

  (Document Management System, Recipe/Specification Management, Engineering Records, Change Management, Classification, BOM, etc.).
• Solid understanding of

  integration points

  with MM, PP, QM, PM, and other SAP modules.
• Experience in

  configuration, unit testing, integration testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities

  .
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues independently.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to

  S/4HANA PLM

  will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform

  end-to-end configuration

  of SAP PLM modules as per business requirements.
• Conduct

  Unit Testing

  and ensure defect-free deliverables.
• Support

  Integration Testing

  with cross-functional teams (MM, PP, QM, PM, DMS, etc.).
• Provide

  User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support

  , including defect resolution and knowledge transfer.
• Assist in

  cutover planning and execution

  , ensuring data readiness and smooth system transition.
• Facilitate

  Go-Live activities

  including production system checks, data validation, and issue resolution.
• Support

  post-go-live stabilization

  , monitoring system performance and resolving production issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and provide best practice solutions.
• Prepare

  functional documentation, test scripts, and training materials

  for end users.
• Work closely with

  ABAP and technical teams

  to provide functional specifications.
• Provide

  hypercare and continuous improvement support

  post-implementation.

Good To Have

• SAP certification in PLM or related modules.
• Experience in

  Agile / DevOps delivery models

  .
• Knowledge of

  Regulatory Compliance, EHS, or Industry-specific PLM processes

  .
