Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 Salesforce support to end-users, resolving functional and technical issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve data, workflow, and integration-related issues within Salesforce.
Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions.
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data exports.
Support data integrity through regular audits and cleansing activities.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution and escalation.
Develop minor enhancements such as automation (Flows, Process Builder), page layouts, and basic Apex/Lightning Components.
Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and known issues.
Monitor system performance and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in Salesforce administration or support.
Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred).
Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, workflows, validation rules).
Basic knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and Lightning framework (preferred).
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud.
Familiarity with integration tools (MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.).
Knowledge of ITIL processes and ticket management tools like Jira or ServiceNow.
