Job Description

Position:

Key Responsibilities

Business Development:
Identify and target manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, and industrial companies that could benefit from Siemens NX.
Sales Strategy:
Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Customer Engagement:
Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers (design engineers, production managers, IT heads, etc.).
Solution Selling:
Understand clients’ design/manufacturing workflows to recommend NX modules that fit their needs (CAD for design, CAM for manufacturing, CAE for simulation).
Partnership with Siemens:
Coordinate with Siemens channel partners and technical teams for demos, proof of concepts, and post-sales support.
Market Intelligence:
Keep track of competitors like CATIA, Creo, SolidWorks, Mastercam, etc.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong knowledge of
CAD/CAM software
(especially Siemens NX).
Proven
B2B software sales
experience.
Ability to understand
engineering design/manufacturing processes
.
Technical background in mechanical engineering or manufacturing is often preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Performance Metrics

Sales revenue achieved vs. targets.
Number of new accounts acquired.
Customer satisfaction and retention rates.
