Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Owning strategy on revenue optimization and pricing with a target-driven approach.
Identify, plan and execute on opportunities to optimize channel mix along with an eye on profit margin maximization.
Control discounts, promotions and channel campaigns to drive revenue target achievement.
Use SQL and Python to analyze performance data, automate reports, and support pricing decisions with actionable insights.
Act as the leader of revenue communications and insights for internal (operations team) and external (vacation rental and apartment owners, managers) stakeholders.
Work with cross-functional teams to drive issue resolution.
Lead key revenue projects in coordination with the ground Operations team.
Work with the central pricing team to complement pricing algorithm functionality and give right inputs for revenue maximization.
Work with the Global Teams to bring best practices to Europe markets and act as a bridge between Global and Local Strategy and Knowledge sharing.
Oversee and deliver a successful Revenue Launch cycle to new vacation rental and apartment assets joining the portfolio.
