Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard potential POSP agents within the assigned territory.
Service and support existing POSP agents to achieve sales targets.
Coordinate with the Head Office (Girnar Insurance) team to ensure smooth execution of the sales process.
Conduct offline training and support sessions for POSPs.
Handle customer queries efficiently, ensuring quick and satisfactory resolutions.
Drive consistent sales growth by achieving monthly targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions.
Develop and implement local marketing and sales strategies to grow the business.

Requirements:

Graduate in any stream with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
1-3 years of experience in
Agency Channel
within a
General Insurance Company
or
Insurance Brokerage Firm
.
Strong local market knowledge and existing agent network.
Good understanding of
Motor & General Insurance
products.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with frequent travel.
