Experience Required:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth through

    channel development

    and consistently achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
  • Conduct regular visits to

    dealers, service centers, and showroom owners

    to pitch products/services and build lasting relationships.
  • Present solutions and proposals

    to potential clients during early-stage discussions to drive conversion.
  • Execute sales plans, identify opportunities, and ensure

    effective implementation to generate business

    .
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns

    and sales activities to enhance brand visibility and market reach.
  • Perform

    market research and competitor analysis

    to identify trends and create effective sales strategies.
  • Manage

    used vehicle valuations

    in coordination with banks/financial institutions and ensure timely reporting.

Desired Skills:

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Automotive industry experience is a must (preferably RSA or related services)
  • Ability to manage field operations and dealer-level engagement
