Hiring For Regional Sales Manager kolkata 3 - 7 years INR 2.0 - 5.0 Lacs P.A. Hybrid Full Time

Position: Regional Manager Sales Location: Kolkata Department: RSA Sales Experience Required: 3 to 6 yrs of experience into B2B/B2C automotive sales or allied services Key Responsibilities: Drive business growth through channel development and consistently achieve sales targets in the assigned territory. Conduct regular visits to dealers, service centers, and showroom owners to pitch products/services and build lasting relationships. Present solutions and proposals to potential clients during early-stage discussions to drive conversion. Execute sales plans, identify opportunities, and ensure effective implementation to generate business . Plan and execute promotional campaigns and sales activities to enhance brand visibility and market reach. Perform market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and create effective sales strategies. Manage used vehicle valuations in coordination with banks/financial institutions and ensure timely reporting. Desired Skills: Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills Automotive industry experience is a must (preferably RSA or related services) Ability to manage field operations and dealer-level engagement Only Male candidate who is willing to travel can apply for the job
