Hiring for Project Manager (Mechanical )

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team.

Industry :- Heavy Industrial Machinery

Education :- Mechanical Engineer

Experience :- At least 3- 5 Years + in Mechanical Project Handling

Key Responsibilities of a Project Manager:

1. Project Planning:

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules.

Allocate resources and manage budgets.

2. Team Management:

Lead and motivate project teams.

Assign tasks and ensure team members understand their responsibilities.

Resolve team conflicts and foster collaboration.

3. Communication:

Serve as the main point of contact between stakeholders and the project team.

Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.

Conduct meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and milestones.

4. Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.

Monitor project risks and issues, and implement corrective actions.

5. Execution and Monitoring:

Oversee daily project operations to ensure work aligns with the plan.

Track performance using KPIs and project management tools.

Ensure quality standards are met.

6. Budget and Resource Management:

Monitor project expenses and resource utilization.

Ensure the project is delivered within budget and on time.

7. Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Prepare reports on status, issues, and performance metrics.

8. Project Closure:

Ensure all project deliverables are completed and approved.

Conduct post-project evaluation and document lessons learned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
